We’re mixing things up this time around and introducing an all-star panel to talk all things conversions and discuss how online retailers make the most of their traffic.

Louisa has been the eCommerce manage for Pacific Brands since 2011, responsible for guiding the eCommerce presence of Bonds, Sheridan, Tontine, Berlei and Jockey’s. Louisa recently delivered a fully responsive front end design for Bonds, resulting in 35% increase in mobile conversion rate and 15% increase to average basket value.

Nathan is the co-founder of Costumes.com.au and is a true online veteran. First developing online stores in the early 00’s, he crossed to the other side and with a data-driven approach to building and optimising eCommerce businesses, Costumes.com.au recently won Smart Company’s award for best eCommerce site

Mike has designed and built mobile apps, web software and eCommerce sites across a variety of industries – testing what converts across different products along the way. He also handles conversion strategy & testing for many of our clients and will offer a unique insight into tailoring conversion tactics around multiple markets and brands.
